Shipping area

We ship worldwide.

Shipping costs

Orders of €50 or more ship free of charge. For orders under €50, shipping costs depend on the destination country and are shown in the cart and during checkout before you place your order.

Delivery time

Delivery takes 10–12 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. The delivery period begins the day after the contract is concluded, or for prepayment, the day after payment is received. If the last day falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the period ends on the next business day. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email where available.

Customs and import duties

For deliveries outside the European Union, including the USA, customs duties, import taxes and fees may apply. These are borne by the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Payment methods

Available payment methods are shown during checkout, e.g. credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna. Payment is usually charged when the order is placed; Klarna's own terms apply to Klarna payments.

VAT

In accordance with § 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG), no VAT is charged or shown (small business regulation).
